Membership terms

Billing

Pulse Member is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you join ($10, $20 or $30 a month). It renews each month until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage plan). There are no refunds, including for partial months: your access continues to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.

Changing plans

Upgrades start straight away and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid month.

Your data

We read only public information from the Instagram account you give us (bio, links, and recent posts' likes, comments and views) and the answers you type into the EPK Builder. We never ask for your social media passwords and never post for you. Your EPK page is public at the link you share. Ask us to delete your account and data any time: mgmt@ph7records.com.

Fair use

Tools have daily limits (for example 5 EPK builds a day) and one Instagram account per membership. Accounts are personal and not for resale.

Course only

"Course only" is a single payment of $55. It gives you the course in your Pulse Member dashboard for as long as Pulse Member offers it, plus 30 days of starter access to the tools (one Content Manager report, one Digital Ecosystem audit and the EPK Builder). No refunds.

The course

Course videos are for your own learning, while your $30 plan is active or after buying Course only. Don't download, share or re-upload them.
