Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
PH7 Records ("PH7", "we", "us") is an independent house and techno label based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through ph7records.com and through PH7 Shorts, our internal tool that publishes clips of the PH7 Podcast to the PH7 Records YouTube channel.
PH7 Shorts and YouTube API Services
PH7 Shorts uses YouTube API Services. It is used only by PH7 Records, to manage our own YouTube channel. Using it is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
When the PH7 Records channel owner authorizes PH7 Shorts with Google, the tool can:
- read basic information about the PH7 Records channel and its videos, so it can pick source episodes and avoid duplicates;
- upload videos (Shorts) to the PH7 Records channel and set their titles, descriptions, tags and privacy status.
PH7 Shorts does not access, collect or store information about other YouTube users or viewers. It does not read comments, subscribers' personal data or private data from other channels.
Storage and sharing. The Google authorization token is stored by our integration provider, Composio, only to perform the actions above for the PH7 Records channel. Finished video files are kept in PH7's own Dropbox. We do not sell, rent or share YouTube API data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Revoking access. The channel owner can revoke PH7 Shorts' access at any time from Google Account → Third-party connections. When access is revoked, stored tokens are deleted and stop working.

- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). See how Google uses this data. We also keep our own visit counter, which uses no cookies and stores only the page, the referring site, the country and a daily code that can't be traced back to you.
- Mailing list. If you join the PH7 family through Laylo, Laylo stores your contact details under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to tell you about PH7 releases and events.
- Demos and email. If you send us a demo or an email, we keep it only to review your music and reply.
- Free Brand Score. When you check an Instagram handle or website, we read only that account's or site's public information and keep the result for up to a week so repeat checks are instant. To limit free checks per day we keep a scrambled code of your IP address, never the address itself.
- Pulse Member. If you join, we keep your email address (to send sign-in links), your plan, and the public Instagram details and EPK answers you give us. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Reports are written with the help of AI services that receive only this information. See the membership terms.
- Artist portal. The artist portal shows release and catalog information. It does not collect visitor data.
We do not sell personal information.
